Sparks Brothers C-Store o/a Wapiti Shell is hiring two Food Service Supervisors. Wage: $18.50 per hour 35 hours per week. We are open from 5 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. and opening staff are there at 3:00 a.m. We are open 7 days a week including early morning and closing shift and weekends & holidays shifts.
Duties:
Establish methods to meet work schedule; supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food; train staff in job duties; sanitation and safety procedures; estimate and order ingredients and supplies; ensure food service and quality control are within company standards; address customers’ complaints or concerns; maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage; prepare and submit reports; operate cash register, debit & credit card machines.
